We live in a motorhome and only come back to Muscatine for a short time in the spring. We have our mailbox there for the last four years, and find the service excellent, we call them on the phone and they will send our mail to us where ever we are at the time. They are always friendly and go over and above our expectations.

Very friendly staff, very clean store and lots of options wether it be postage stamps, mailing something or shipping something.. I had made graduation invitations and they were way better than what I envisioned.. I have had several pictures copied and they turned out amazing! And all I did was email the pic's... AND they were done with in a day.. fast service!!!

The owner picked up my return package from my work and shipped it UPS, no charge. I am unable to get out that way in the winter and she helps make my printing and shipping needs much much easier! She's a sweet heart! Would definitely recommend this place!

Every time I go to Mailboxes and More, it’s a positive experience. Everyone there is polite, helpful, and efficient. Last week I had an issue with an Amazon return and they walked me through it. They offer a lot of services and we are fortunate to have them in our community.

I love all the services that Mailboxes has to offer. It's so nice not having to travel out of town to get what I need done. The staff there is so friendly and will go out of their way to see that your needs are taken care of. Becca Shoppa and her staff are the best.

I have worked at Mailboxes for the last three years. We do not charge for drop offs. We do our best to service anyone who walks through our doors, in a timely manner and with great respect to our customers.

LOVE THIS PLACE! They returned my package to Amazon at no charge, just had to drop off with the UPS print out! I also get my business cards and fliers printed here and the quality and price are the best that I have seen! I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been using M&P for a few years. The people here have always been Really helpful and always super nice! The UPS drop off is a big plus also! This is definitely one of the Great business of Muscatine!!

Great people, helpful. Our son is in the military so we have to ship things to him, the staff always gives us the best way to get it there quickly and the lowest rate. They are the best at what they do.

Wonderful place!!! My packages are always packed with care, they will go over and beyond to help you, and service is always genuine.

May 2023 update: The drive up window is open and the lobby is now open: 08:00-17:30 Mon-Fri 08:00-13:00 Sat A few new faces working there, but still the same great service! I’m not in Muscatine every day anymore, but these folks make life simpler for me anyway! ——- This is a great place to receive mail and packages from any delivery service like USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. (by renting a box). They also allow customers to send and receive faxes. The staff is great. They are well trained, courteous, and efficient. The staff quickly get to know their customers, and will go above and beyond reasonable expectations to make sure that their customers are satisfied. The store also offers many business services like printing, duplicating, processing of many kinds such as laminating. If you want something done and don't have the time or equipment, ask them and they will try to help! I ought to already have a review of Mailboxes and Parcel Depot, but right now Google Maps can't find it! This review is for the store near Menards. I also need to review the other mailing store near McDonald's.

I’ve never gone anywhere else to have things mailed or printed but I don’t need to. These guys are the best in town and the nicest people you’d ever want to meet!
